And many Westeros jokes were made, an illustrated epic poem

Posted on: June 18, 2011

The weather’s been nice, the sun’s been shining. Time for some adventures, don’t you think? Definitely time for an illustrated epic poem!

.

.

.

we bought a bunch of book like objects,

some comic books too

thought it was time we headed to the zoo.

lemurs, ostriches, zebras, monkeys and more,

among peacocks of blue and jade,

and wolves. and yes, many Westeros jokes were made.

I think the one on the left is Summer?

and then I went a picked a metric shitload of strawberries.

there will be much freezer jam made this weekend,  I swear it!

Bwahahahahahaha! Awesome. Love this post! You will LOVE Moxyland, by the way;)

Great Post!

Haha, great post. And yay, Fables! I hope you like it; I quite loved it. :)

Yum! Not the wild animals, the strawberries of course. Then again, peacock prepared with a nice strawberry glaze….

Glad you had an adventurous weekend. Looking forward to thoughts on Moxyland. I thought it sounded interesting the first time I looked at it in the bookstore.

Peacock with a strawberry glaze, don’t they eat that in the free cities? I’m sure it would be a hit in Pentos!

Moxyland and the Fables2 are quickly rising to the top of the TBR pile.

I’d order it. At least once. :)

I’m gonna 2nd the Fables comment. One of the best comic book concepts ever!

Those strawberries? Look awesome.

some of the books reviewed here were free ARCs supplied by publishers/authors/other groups. Some of the books here I got from the library. the rest I *gasp!* actually paid for. I'll do my best to let you know what's what.
